Ouna, our Programmatic Distribution unit, is building innovative programmatic Real Time Bidding solutions and B2C Products. Driven by technology and data, we drive impactful, people-centric marketing.

Your Impact and Mission
- Take full ownership of Ouna’s B2C products, from vision to roadmap to execution.
- Drive business growth and contribute to the success of a highly strategic line of business.
- Build outstanding products that users engage and love, and monitor their KPIs.
- Collaborate with multiple R&D and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Head of R&D to shape the product roadmap and define standards, processes, workflows, and success metrics.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
Your Experience, Mindset, and Skills
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including significant hands-on work with B2C products, preferably in startups.
- Background in AdTech, MarTech, or closely related industries.
- Data-driven decision making
- Deep analytical thinking and strong business acumen – able to dive deep into data, extract insights, and become an expert in your domain.
- Highly impact-driven with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills – able to lead and inspire without formal authority.
- Metrics-driven decision-maker with familiarity in product funnels and relevant industry KPIs and metrics.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with shifting priorities.
It can be a great plus if you have:
- Solid understanding of Data Science basics.
- Entrepreneurial background, or experience in a startup environment.
- Understanding of relevant policies and compliance requirements.
