  •  You’ll report to our Operations lead and own acquisition performance end-to-end. You’ll operate independently, with the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale what works.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.     

 


You Will


  • Own end-to-end user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and platforms — from strategy to execution and optimization
  • Impact growth and business results by continuously improving performance against key KPIs (CPA, ROAS/LTV, retention)
  • Build scalable testing frameworks and repeatable processes to validate, launch, and scale new traffic sources and targeting strategies
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through ongoing analysis, reporting, and stakeholder updates
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysis, Creative, and Product teams to align acquisition strategy with business goals and improve the full funnel


Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition / performance marketing as a User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer / Performance Marketer, owning campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Data-driven and innovative with strong analytical skills, ability to turn data into insights and actionable strategies
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in performance marketing (e.g., for creative testing, copy/asset iteration, analysis, automation, and insight generation)
  • Performance-oriented with deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Proactive with a strong ownership mindset, ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively. 
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience across several platforms ( Facebook, Taboola, etc.)
  • Experience managing campaigns in global markets (US)
