Your Impact and Mission
- Take part in shaping the product’s direction by identifying what’s technically feasible and suggesting informed improvements.
- Own the full development lifecycle of features, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver refined, user-facing features through practical, scalable technical solutions.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
- 1–2 years of development experience from startups or innovation teams.
- Full-stack skills with BE orientation, work experience with Node.js & React, and some experience with Vanilla JS.
- Practical experience with AI tools as part of daily work (e.g., Cursor, Claude code).
- Basic experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)..
- Ability to take a feature from initial idea to production-ready delivery.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to high-quality code and clean architecture, familiar with best practices.
It can be a great plus if you have:
- A natural problem solver who has often been the technical go-to person for friends and family.
- Experience with Rust and PHP.
- Experience or familiarity with the Ad-Tech ecosystem.
- Experience in GCP, its services, containers, BigQuery, and such.
Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
