You will report to VP HR, and lead all HR aspects of ManiFesto, our brand advertising unit.

You Will
• Own all unit’s HR-related aspects and the full employees’ life cycle: consult and support managers, recruiting A-Z, on and offboarding, ongoing relationships, training, alignment to cross-org processes, etc.
• Build and nurture strong trust and relationships in all levels: mid-managers, team leaders, and employees. Act as a key focal point, business partner, and trusted advisor.
• Impact our growth, development, standards, and effectiveness. Lead or take part in various projects to shape and improve our HR infrastructures, workflows, training, employer branding, etc.
• Deliver high quality and timely results and progress. Meet and analyze HR metrics and KPIs, learn and improve via data.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the team, unit, and organization.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
• 7+ years’ experience in similar HR roles, in small-medium tech companies.
• Substantial experience with BP aspects, ongoing consulting and partnering with managers (Director and Team Lead levels).
• Hands-on recruiting experience, including R&D and senior positions, and deep understanding of Talent Acquisition funnels.
• Knowledge in “hard” HR aspects – Labor law, C&B, metrics etc.
• Impact and growth driven, proactive, independent, curious, and open minded.
• Strong business and data acumen, with solid analytical skills.
• Delivery and details oriented; able to keep focus and priorities, manage multiple stakeholders and matters simultaneously, and meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and highly articulate, in both Hebrew and English.
It can be a great plus if you have:
• Experience with US / NY recruiting and HR policies and operation.
• Strong content creation skills and social networks orientation.
