Your Impact and Mission

Your Impact and Mission:

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
  • Work closely with the bookkeeping team, providing professional oversight and review of bookkeeping operations, including AR/AP cycles and cash management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US-GAAP standards.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and business units to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Provide insights and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
  • Manage international tax matters, including U.S. federal and state tax reporting, and transfer pricing (TP) documentation and compliance.
  • Own and optimize the use of NetSuite ERP across accounting operations.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls.

Your Experience, Mindset and Skills

  • Certified CPA with BA in Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4 years of overall professional experience, including internship at a "Big 4" firm.  
  • In-house experience as Financial or Assistant Controller in startups or a small to medium tech companies.
  • Experience in managing a full monthly financial close cycle within an ERP Systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting by US-GAAP standards.
  • Highly analytical and creative thinker, with a proactive and business-oriented approach.
  • Effective and agile, able to prioritize workload and meet tight and strict deadlines, and to work under changing conditions and competing priorities.
  • Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

It can be a great plus if you have:

  • Familiarity with AI tools and leveraging them to improve efficiency and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
